On May 7th, 2023 at the Sikh Center of Virginia, I had the privilege of hosting a fundraising event for our non-profit, Eager to Educate. The event focused on our mission to empower children in third-world countries, starting with India, by providing them with essential education supplies. The response was overwhelming, as generous attendees contributed hundreds of dollars towards our cause. These donations will go a long way in furnishing these young minds with crucial resources like school supplies, inverters, air conditioners, and backpacks, ensuring they have the tools they need to receive the best education possible.
